A Partner Pilot Invitation

Help Your Ministry Meet More Needs Without Carrying Them Alone

We’re inviting churches and faith-based ministries to help pilot Aid The Way, a free platform that makes real needs visible so believers can respond with generosity, prayer, and practical support.

No monthly fees. No new program to build. No pressure to replace the care ministry you already have.

A simpler way to care

A simpler care infrastructure your ministry can lead

Aid The Way connects believers to real needs through trusted churches and faith-based ministries, so your team stays at the center of the care.

  • Trusted churches and faith-based ministries post vetted needs.
  • Believers respond with funds, goods, services, or practical support.
  • The church stays connected to the person or family.
  • Free for participating churches and faith-based ministries.

See it in action

Want to see how it works first?

Watch a short overview of the Aid The Way pilot: how ministries post needs, and what it looks like when believers respond. No commitment, just a clear look at the platform and the heart behind it.

The need is already there

Your ministry already sees the needs. They just rarely arrive neatly.

A family falls behind on rent. A senior needs help after a hospital stay. A single parent needs groceries or a car repair to keep getting to work. The needs are real, but they rarely arrive neatly. They come through a text, a hallway conversation, a Sunday lobby moment, or a phone call when someone has already run out of options.

That is not a lack of compassion.
It is a lack of care infrastructure.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

Is Aid The Way replacing our church’s benevolence ministry?
No. Aid The Way supports and strengthens your existing care process. Your church still decides which needs to post, how to follow up, and how to walk relationally with the person receiving care.
Who can post needs?
Only trained Community Advocates from approved partner churches and ministries. Individuals do not post public requests on their own.
How is privacy protected?
Needs are written in a general way that protects personal identity and sensitive details. Community Advocates are trained to protect dignity, request consent when appropriate, and follow confidentiality guidelines.
How much time does this require from our team?
The initial training is remote and takes about an hour. After that, the time depends on how many needs your church chooses to post and manage.
What types of needs can our church or ministry post?
Practical needs such as rent and utilities, groceries, furniture and household items, transportation, medical hardship, and emergency support. Every need is vetted and posted by an approved church or ministry Community Advocate.
