For Pastors & Ministry Leaders

Your Ministry Wasn’t Meant to Carry Every Need Alone

Aid The Way gives your ministry the network, the tools, and the support to surface real needs and let the wider Body of Christ respond. Free to join. Simple to use. No new programs to run.

Not Another Program.
A Stronger Community.

Becoming an Aid The Way partner doesn’t add to your plate — it multiplies your capacity. Your trained Community Advocates do the frontline work: surfacing needs with dignity, posting them, and seeing them through to fulfillment. You lead. They serve. The Body of Christ shows up.

Free to join.

No fees, no overhead, no costs to manage.

Built for dignity.

Community Advocates post needs on behalf of people — no one is exposed or embarrassed directly.

Wider reach.

Your congregation plus the entire Aid The Way network of generous believers.

Shared celebration.

When needs are met, your church celebrates together — building a culture of generosity from the inside out.

Simple to Start.
Powerful to Run.

02Equip

Your Community Advocates attend free online training — then they’re ready to surface and post needs with care and dignity.

You celebrate. Your community is mobilized.

Built by Believers, for the Church.

Aid The Way exists to serve the Church — not replace it. We require a signed Statement of Faith from every partner and vet all needs through a trusted ministry relationship. This isn’t a charity. It’s the Body of Christ doing what it was made to do.

"When we received funds through Aid The Way, it reminded our community that God sees us."

Local Pastor, Zambia

"Aid The Way is a practical shepherding tool that reduces pastor burnout and mobilizes resources far beyond the church budget."

Caring Well Without Burning Out

Care ministry is one of the most important things a church does, and one of the hardest to sustain.

Join Laura Tortora and Dan Broyles, Care Pastor at Valencia Hills Community Church, for a free 30-minute Zoom conversation for ministry leaders.

Dan built benevolence systems from the ground up. He knows the Sunday lobby problem, and he had hard questions before he agreed to pilot Aid the Way. The answers held up. If you’re carrying more than one person should carry, this conversation is for you.

Statement of Faith

We Ask Every Partner to Affirm These Core Beliefs.

Aid The Way is a faith-based platform rooted in the Gospel. We ask all partner organizations to attest to the following abbreviated Statement of Faith as part of the application process.

1. I believe in one God in three persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit.

2. I believe that Jesus is fully God and was fully human. He lived without sin and is our Savior.

3. I believe that the Holy Spirit lives in believers, helps us follow God and guides us every day.

4. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and came back to life three days later, defeating death.

5. I believe that everyone has sinned and needs God’s forgiveness. Jesus is the only way to salvation, and we are saved by God’s grace through faith in Him alone, not by doing good works.

6. I believe that we worship and pray to God alone.

7. I believe that the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit, is unchanging and is the complete revelation of God’s Word.
